  •  Review Aggregation & Management: Display and manage reviews collected from various platforms in a unified interface. 


  •  AI-Powered Tools & Landing Pages: Utilize custom web components, digital coupon systems, online menus, and automated workflows. 


  •  Subscription & Setup Workflows: Securely process month-to-month, multi-month term contracts (such as 3-month or 6-month plans), annual passes, and associated setup fees via automated checkout integrations. 


  •  Review Request Campaigns & NFC Cards: Send automated email and/or SMS campaigns alongside physical tap-and-scan table display cards. 


  •  Analytics & Automation: Access performance dashboards, search visibility reports, and automated reputation tracking.

2. VIDEO TESTIMONIAL SUBMISSION & MEDIA LICENSE

By submitting a video testimonial or feedback through our "Wall of Love" or review collection system, you grant the receiving business and 123WMC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, edit, adapt, reproduce, host, display, and publish your video for marketing and promotional purposes.

This includes permission to edit the video for clarity, length, formatting, and to fit the layout of our digital displays. You also authorize the display of your name, any products or services mentioned in the video, and the rating provided. By submitting your content, you confirm that you are the rightful owner and that you voluntarily give permission for its use across websites, social media, digital ads, and other marketing channels.

3. THE TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT

  • Personal Information: Includes any information regarding a natural person or business entity that may be used directly to identify them. Collected information may include: business name, contact name, physical address, email address, SMS phone number, Google Maps URL, credit card details (processed securely via billing partners), and location data.

     To stop receiving SMS messages, reply or tap "STOP" to any text message received.

    To unsubscribe from emails, click the "Unsubscribe" link located in the footer of any email message.


  • Fees & Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. 123WMC is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred.
