  •  Review Sharing: Share selected testimonials and reviews via website widgets, social media graphics, and our "Wall of Love" system. 


  •  Analytics & Automation: Access performance dashboards, reputation trends, and configurable workflows that streamline client and customer engagement.

2. VIDEO TESTIMONIAL SUBMISSION & MEDIA LICENSE

By submitting a video testimonial or feedback through our "Wall of Love" or review collection system, you grant the receiving business and 123WMC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, edit, adapt, reproduce, host, display, and publish your video for marketing and promotional purposes.

This includes permission to edit the video for clarity, length, formatting, and to fit the layout of our digital displays. You also authorize the display of your name, any products or services mentioned in the video, and the rating provided. By submitting your content, you confirm that you are the rightful owner and that you voluntarily give permission for its use across websites, social media, digital ads, and other marketing channels.

3. THE TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT

  • Personal Information: Includes any information regarding a natural person that may be used directly to identify them. Collected information may include: name, physical address, email address, SMS phone number, credit card details (card number, expiration date, billing address), and location data.
